Reading Challenges 2017

After all my talk in my 2016 Wrap-Up about continuing to embrace challenges, I found that there aren't that many I want to do and think would realistically be possible! I've chosen three:

British Books Challenge

This year's challenge is being hosted by Chelle at Tales of Yesterday. As usual you need to read 12 books by British authors in order to complete the challenge. I have already read one book so I am off to a great start!

1. I'll Be Home for Christmas

Monthly Motif Challenge

I've decided this year to give some of the scavenger-hunt style challenges a go! Something different! I have no idea how I'll do, I will probably need to make a spreadsheet to have any hope of achieving these goals, but hey, I love spreadsheets!

The first is the Monthly Motif Challenge, hosted by Kim and Tanya at GirlXOXO.

BookRiot Read Harder Challenge

Lots of people on Litsy are doing this so I thought why not? It's going to be extremely difficult, which is a good reason why not, but hey! Spreadsheets! You can see the list of tasks here.

Buddy Reads

One other thing I would love to do is more buddy reads! My book clubs seem to have wound up so there's a book-discussion shaped hole in my life!

I will put together a list of books I'd like to buddy read and see who wants to join me! Maybe I should make this a proper challenge...
